i was reading and got confused was it durzo who slaughtered the gyres or was it actually hu gibbet?

The dead bodies say Love and kisses Hu Gibbet. It also says in the second book how Hu watched Logans father as he walked into the house from the shadows

At first i thought it was Duzro but then thought "self why would Duzro kill those people" Then i slapped myself and said he wouldn't.Hu Gibbet I believe is one of the only people in the book that actually love to kill.So he is really the only person capable to have done the slaughter.

Well you already know the answer. What made you think it was Durzo?
I believe Durzo would never be disrespectful to the bodies like Hu is.... yes they are both killers but Hu is a monster through and through, he does those things because he enjoys it not because he was paid to maximize the impact of the scene. That's my opinion anyway.

Durzo also has his Night Angel code and oath not to kill innocents and most of the Grye's would probably fit under that category. Though the Ka'kari abandoned him by then he never says he abandoned his oath.
