How would you Kill Kylar?

for those of you at least partway through the second book you know that kylar, like durzo is constantly resurrected after dieing.
i ask how would incapacitate Kylar so he couldn't DO ANYTHING (pretty much dead without the dead part :P)
give us your ideas and feel free to be as creative as you can :)

1. Bury him 8 or more feet underground.

2. Tie his body to an immensly heavy weight and toss him into the sea.

3. Throw him into a volcano.

Just a couple of ideas there. With these he'll probably come back to life then die pretty quickly afterwards. Poor guy.

Well, the obvious question is WHY would you want to do that?

But...

I'd drop him in a vat of hot lead and then cool it while he was still in there so he'd be incapsulated in the lead once it was hardened.

I do think, however, that with the magic at work, there has to be some sort of contingency plan for situations such as this.

That wouldn't work; the ka'kari is called "The Devourer" for a reason. And it doesn't require him to be conscious for it to devour or "absorb" things. It would simply devour the lead block in order to resurrect him.
Is this not correct?

well i guess chopping him into little bitty pieces and scattering the remains into the ocean and rivers, volcanoes etc. would be the first thing i would try... actually killing him enough to be able to do this is another thing entirely lol

I'd kill him with Curoch. but besides the obvious I would draw and quarter him he cant grow back limbs.

Depends on the power of the black ka'kari in my opinion. There was a point in SE that I think the ka'kari gave him a usable arm after a ferali took it from him.

Remember when Kylar and Vi were fighting the ferali at the end of Shadows Edge? Well when Kylar lost his hand, it was said that he pulled the Ka'kari out of the cells in his hand before he cut it off which is the reason why he could not grow it back.

"Just like that. Because you cut your arm off instead--and pulled the ka'kari out of it first--your arm won't grow back. Sorry. I do hope you can fight with your left." Pg. 603 paperback

In Beyond the Shadows, Durzo is talking to Kylar about how he had so many different bodies. He said that the ka'kari knows to grow back limbs and stuff which is why Durzo was able to create different bodies and grow wings and such. So, he can regrow limbs and stuff :D.
