Seriously though, why would you want to? First of all, he's one of the good guys. Beyond that, he'd just come back and hunt you down....

Let's pretend I had reason to... If... BIG IF... I were going to take Kylar down, I wouldn't kill him. I'd keep him around incapacitated so that he couldn't be reborn but he couldn't work against me either.

However, I realize that there are so many things that Kylar's gonna be able to do that I can't begin to predict that I wouldn't even try. How do you contain a god?

Technically he’s not a God. He’s just your average, every day immortal.

If you incapacitate him, you run the risk of him escaping (and you know he could). If you did have to kill Kylar, it would be better to do something to his body (burning, acid bath, chunky salsa) once he’s dead. Remember, he has a couple days as a corpse before he’s back up again.
