Like this- First you pull out all their nails, then all their hair, then you start cracking their teeth. After thats done, let them sit for a while so they don't pass out. Then make them drink as much water as they need after they go with out for a day- they will overdrink. Then refuse to let them pee for as long as they can hold it, THEN tie them up side down and do the aforementioned in my last post. Cut off their fingers one by one, then their bottom digits.
