Ok i was wondering what the tea that Mamma K. didn't drink to make her un-fertile?
Like the tea that all the whores drink so that the don't have kids... If that helps?

I think the "Tanzy" tea was like a morning after pill. It was a poison, and the girls had to drink it after every sexual encounter. It mentioned that it could kill them if they drank too much. Basically it would kill anything that was developing.

Riight now It's about my character Tala becoming/inheriting his family's kingdom and his bloodline just happens to be on the evil/dark side. (I'm way to lazy to go into spcifics...). He has no choice but to give up his first born beacuse she's not evil enough and his first wife dies in childbirth. A few years pass and he marries again than his second wife uses the 'Tanzy' tea to kill their first son. That cause a rift between the couple. Than a year passes and she becomes preganat agin and give birth to his second daughter. After like two months he kills his sceond wife and has his mother rasie her.

Well that's beginning and middle... ending has yet to be planned... T_T

It is tansy tea, and it's been a few years since I did the research, but I'm pretty sure it's real. That is, ingesting tansy can cause an abortion. I have no idea what the dosage is, or how they really delivered the medicine--eating the leaves versus brewed in a tea or whatever. But my research basically impressed on me that lots of girls have found themselves pregnant and freaked out throughout history--no surprise there--and lots of girls have probably quietly and accidentally killed themselves in trying to cause an abortion by ingesting poisons. You know that herb X is an abortifacient, but you don't know how much to take. Too much, and you might die. Too little, and the baby would still be born, but could be an idiot.
