Question about Khali

I just finished book two....AWESOME. But I was curious about Khali. What is she exactly. I get that she is a god and i get that peoples suffering fuels her and then she gifts people back with the vir, but is she like a living god (like a person) or a spirit? I was confused because she came through screaming winds kind of like a person then she lived in the maw kind of like a being of darkness. If it explains more about her in book three then don't say anything, but I just want to make sure I didn't miss anythin.

I don't want to give anything away, but it's all revealed at the end of the BtS, and its worth waiting to find out. However it leaves it with loose ends that you've got to use your imagination for.

I don't think you would've missed anything, SE really only contains speculations regarding Khali
