Shinga

If the Shinga is secret how dose he/she have any power how do they give orders
Someone said they use runners but i thought that sounded a little easy to trace
and as momma k was the shinga when Roth was trying to get in to the nine why could she not just have him killed.
is there nine or ten members of the Sa Kage, so it there nine and then the Shinga or is the Shinga one of the nine.
I haven't read the 2nd and 3rd books so you discretion would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

I was actually confused about the whole Shinga thing too. I just finished the book and the only thing I didn't get was, is the Shinga then head of the 9? Cause It seemed like when i was reading there was 9 shinga, but sometimes my eyes play tricks on me. I know that is a dumb question and I probably just read the part explaining it wrong!

You're thinking of the Sa'Kage, the Shinga is the head of them.
