...made me shout with joy, almost to the point of waking up the entire house. Did anyone else have a similar response to finding out that ***spoiler*** Durzo was alive ?

mine was more of a loud smug laugh of delight as I was 99% sure of it already . the reference to the stalker earlier in the book had made me 99.9% sure by then. .... I did manage to wake up my wife though As I had stayed up very late to finish the book.. She wasn't so ammused. :)

Hehe, don't you love in school reactions? I almost started crying in like 7th grade over a book one day...it was like, free-reading friday or something so I actually had time for more than half a page...I blamed the tears on allergies.

Pretty much had the same reaction. I think I was thanking whatever other-wordly being that allowed Durzo to live... oh wait, that was Brent.

It was a total suprise to me. I did a WHOA!?!?! and reread the page.

but once it was out there the first time we run accross the stalker with all the weapons i was pretty sure that was Durzo.

I generaly like when dead characters stay dead. but in this case I was happy because Azoth has WAY too much more to learn.
