What do you think retribution looked like?

I read through all of the books in about a week, so when retribution was described I probably skimmed over that. I can vividly picture all the other swords...just not retribution. Obviously it's black from the ka'kari, but when I think of Kylar or Durzo using it I imagine it looking like a falchion crossed slightly with a scimitar. If anyone could tell me the page number where it's described that would be great too lol.

I always imagined something similar to Cloud's buster sword from FFVII. Something that was big enough to see the words that were written on it when it changed to different words. Probably just my imagination, but it is how I viewed it in my mind.

As cool as Clouds sword is, I couldn't imagine Durzo or Kylar sneaking around with that massive blade on their backs with glowing materia (which would of made both stronger) on the handle. I imagined a Katana that ninjas use yet not with the traditional hilt. I see the blade looking like it was made of obsidian.

I can't remeber the page but it's definitely described in book two when Kylars' selling the sword to the Master Blacksmith.

I saw it looking something like a Japanese sword (or "nihontō"). Small, compact, lethal, and relatively lightweight.

Well Since Azoth (Thats right, I said Azoth not Kyler) has the black Ka'kari. (dont know if i spelled that right) The sword would be black when he wields it so i thought of it as Ichigo KuroSaki's Banki blade ( Main charecter of bleach) since his sword gives him the ability to attack faster such as Azoth has the talent which makes him Have great strength and agility to kill faster.

I keep seeing a claymore for both Retribution and Curoch. I don't know why. Thats what I see when they say "big sword." But not a real life claymore. The claymore in the manga "Claymore". Lol that's where I got it from.
