What Happened to Uly???

ya it seemed like the book just lost track of an extremely interesting charachter ULY durzos daughter, i was just wondering what happened to her im trying to think of the last time she was mentioned.

She was taken to the chantry where she was receiving her education. the way the story was going she was not a major factor but I'm sure (hope) she will show up in future books.

I like Uly a lot, and I thought of bringing her along to the final battle. But then I thought, come on, who at the Chantry is going to let a child head into battle? And the answer was, no one. And I thought they would have kept a close eye on her to keep her from sneaking out, too--because that's just the kind of thing Uly would try. I could have written a scene of Uly trying to go join them and fight, but not making it out, but it just seemed pointless and the book was already too long, so I didn't.

You haven't seen the last of her, don't worry.

Lol I posted a forum discussion on the same thing. She was like last talked about as Durzo said he was scolded by her for leaving Momma K. Never mentioned again in the book as far as I recall.
