yea i want to read more of Lantano Garuwashi he was my favourite next to durzo and kylar... durzo's story would be good too! there would be so much to tell!

Ahaha hope you figure something out with immortality. I guess it's good.. coz you mainly die now from being killed. If there are few of us it could work..
But then, everything comes to an end. The old need to die for the young to live. Sad but true. Sigh.. ah well! :3 Maybe we could come back as ghosts.. haunt anyone who annoys us haha! :D
And shhh.. don't say such things to Kylar. Sniffles.. He didn't mean it Kylar.. it's ok *pats* ... >___> I swear I'm not crazy.. juuust obsessed XD
OK sleep time now. Gonna go read. Friend said it get's quite creepy now. Kylar is going to go visit Teresah (hope she dies - fingers crossed!!) And Dorian has just dropped the bridge on one of the aethelings.. and 6 Vurdmeisters! Go Dorian! XD
And I love the handkerchief religion- from Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy. Basically we are all the result of a giant monster (can't remember the name) sneezing - and our universe came out! haha!
But other than that.. I still get doubts and worried what happens when we die. But I guess most people do that. :S
Ah well.. :) live life to the fullest and be happy is the best, I think. :D

Nah I'm not religious. I like to get all the info i can.. look at what I know - the facts.. and see from there. I try to be open minded (which a lot of religious people aren't - no offense!) but I pretty much believe in life - live life to the fullest.. and always try to be happy! ^_^
I think the closest thing I believe in, or like that principle/theory is the circle of life one. You know.. when we die we pretty much go back into the universe. Our energy. I mean looking at it from scientific point of view, if we are all atoms.. then we disperse and join other atoms.. so in a way reincarnation is kinda possible. Possible :P I like listening to theories too.. But I hate how people take the bible word for word. A lot of the bible is spiritual/symbolism meaning.. Anyhoo His Dark Materials goes into that a fair bit :)
But I don't believe in an ultimate being that sits there deciding and creating/changing everything around him. My friend believes in your sort of higher power.. sees god more as 'life', a sort of order to the universe, something that holds it all together.
Which is a pretty good theory if you ask me :)
Sorry, you got me started -__-() I go on forever XD But I love looking at other cultures and their beliefs. Makes me hate the "one religion is supreme" type belief people have because there are sooo many different opinions and beliefs.

No idea if that's true about Philip spiting CS Lewis' work.. buuuut it's fun to think so haha. I was shattered when I found out there is sooo many references.. and resembles all of that.. sigh... kinda ruined the magic for me. religion -__-
Anyhoo I know the author did hate how the church has influenced how everyone thinks.. and it does have a bit about people thinking for themselves. More so in the last book. Why wisdom is different to knowledge the bible gives us :P
Anyhoo don't get me started on religion :P ;) Hope the pc is fixed soon! (I couldn't live without mine!.. or the net.. XD)
And yeah His Dark Materials is by Philip Pullman. The first one is The Golden Compass - the one they made into a movie. They didn't continue the two books though, probably because it would cause a huge uproar - mainly from the church.. hehe. It's not much of a kids books though.. fair bit of violence in it. It goes into detail how the church tries to take control of everything.. well that's part of it. Not great at explaining things. But I loved it :)
And that sucks about the pc! Might be your processor or something, if it keeps resetting.. It might keep over-clocking itself. Or something. lol. I know a fair bit.. but not an expert XD

Anyhoo, I just read where Garoth and his son Morubu were talking to one another. And Garoth mentions his other sons completing Urddthans (sp?) and something clicked in my mind. What if Kylar/Azoth was his son! :O O_o Don't answer that though.. if he is or isn't I don't want to know yet! lol. But gods I hope not!!!
And I am all of a sudden reading about the Dark Hunter now... Ezra and about Ariel (who I like..) and she just found a dead Jessie... And I've been trying to remember where I have read about Jessie before but I can't remember. Anyhoo I'm all of a sudden confused. Am I supposed to know who the Dark Hunter and Ezra are by now?? (or are they the same)..
Anyhoo been dying to read aaall day so I am gonna head off and read now. ^^

I was studying Electronic Arts - pretty much media, grpahic design :) I'd love to get my way into a small studio.. and work my way towards video editing .. but at the moment I am looking for any type of office job :)
What are you looking to do in the defense force? Two of my friends back in Sydney are trying for the army, too, haha
And Magician - Raymond E Feist's? :) Love that book. need to re-read it though. hen I can finally read the rest of that trilogy. I read Magician at the end of highschool I think haha.
So what do you do? Atm I am an unemployed bludger -__- Finished uni and am looking for work :)
What other books/authors do you like? I love Diana wynne Jones, Raymond E Feist, Tolkien, Isobelle Carmody, J.K Rowling, Phillip Pullman.. And now Weeks is added to my list :D
Only just started way of shaows a week ago... Onto Shadow's Edge now, started last night :D
Haven't found anything this great in a long time. Spent the entire day reading it on Monday and finished it at midnight XD was great!
